The short version: this site collects only what you type into the early-access form, and we use it only to tell you about Ghostly.

What we collect
When you join early access, we store:
- your email address
- where you sell and roughly how many designs you sell, if you choose to tell us
- the date and time you signed up
- a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address, used only to stop spam sign-ups
This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google sees your IP address when the page loads.
How we use it
We use your email to tell you when your early-access spot is ready and to send you news about Ghostly. We don't sell it, rent it or share it with anyone else.
Where it's kept
Sign-ups are stored on our web host in the United States, outside the public part of the website.
Removing your details
Ask us at hello@signedbyghostly.com and we'll delete your sign-up. Every email we send will also tell you how to stop hearing from us.
When Ghostly opens
Accounts, signed files and checks will come with their own privacy terms, which we'll publish here before anyone signs a file.
