Who we are
Signed by Ghostly ("Ghostly") is made by 3MF Labs. When these terms say "we" or "us", they mean 3MF Labs.
Early access
Ghostly isn't open to the public yet. This site describes the product as we're building it. Features, limits and prices may change before launch, and joining the early-access list doesn't guarantee a spot or a price.
Using this site
Please don't misuse the site, for example by sending automated sign-ups, trying to break into it or getting in the way of other visitors. We may remove sign-ups that look automated or abusive.
Our content
The name Signed by Ghostly, the ghost character and the content of this site belong to us. You're welcome to link to the site and to describe Ghostly accurately.
No guarantees
This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using this site.
When Ghostly opens
Accounts, signing and checking will come with their own terms of service, which we'll publish here before anyone signs a file.
